  I have never been more disappointed in customer service. I went to this location today on my lunch break to purchase a phone case. There was one associate in the store who was working with some other customers. I understand single coverage because I work retail myself and you can only spilt yourself so many ways but I was never once acknowledged even when I stood at the counter ready to make my purchase. The associate looked right at me, never said hello or I'll be with you in just one moment. I am absolutely appalled. I don't believe I will be shopping here again.
