Once again, an extremely unpleasant shopping experience. I always like to give second chances before passing judgement, but I will not be returning to this location again. The store is a complete disaster. Merchandise is thrown and scattered all over the place, even on the floors. This makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I grabbed what I could and headed to the fitting room, which was also trashed. Once ready for checkout, I went to the front registers where my sister and I were ignored by an associate when asking if we could be taken care of. We then walked to the other side and stood for a good ten minutes with about ten different people waiting to be cashed out. There were only two associates ringing, when there had to have been at least ten other associates walking around presumably doing nothing, as the store was still a mess. When the woman in front of us was next, the one girl stared at her and put her "register closed" sign up and said she was going on break. I was in disbelief as to how rude she was. The woman turned to me and asked if she was dreaming. Once we finally got the registers, a friendly associate who had just clocked in had at least made our wait worth while, as she was helpful and genuine in our conversation. However, the receipt paper malfunctioned and none of the managers would come over to assist her. She apologized, but I told her that it was not of her control. The manager then walked over and scoffed at her and looked at us and rolled her eyes and gave the most unpleasant "sorry" I have ever heard. She was not at all encouraging or helpful to the associate. Overall, my experience was poor, however the girl who cashed us out was pleasant. I believe her name was Bonnie. Hopefully this store decides to hire some new workers and starts some new training in both recovery of the store and customer experience.
